Enjoy this modern-designed two-bedroom apartment in a beautiful complex with an amazing view. The alpine interior design will bring you a warm feeling after a day in the mountains. The complex itself is situated in a beautiful mountain area at the foot of the Pirin mountain, in the southern part of Bansko resort, east of the ski slopes. WiFi connection covers the entire property.

The space

The apartment is located on two levels. The layout consists of two bedrooms, a living room with an open-planed kitchen and access to the balcony, one full bathroom, and one separate toilet.

The living room is furnished with:
• a comfortable sitting area;
• TV;
• access to the balcony;
• dining table;

The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven, and stoves;
• microwave;
• coffee machine;
• various kitchen utensils;

The two bedrooms have:
• a queen-sized bed;
• storage area;
• one of the bedrooms also has a baby crib;

There is one full bathroom and one separate toilet.

The neighbourhood

This is a complex located at the highest point of the city. The neighborhood is built in the Swiss Alpine style. 15 min walk to the Ski lift. It offers many mountain routes for hiking or biking, which start and end at the complex. Amazing atmosphere!

House rules

To ensure your best experience as our guests. Please keep in mind the following rules. You have agreed with them as you booked our place!
This is not a hotel. It is our home, and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!
• NO PARTIES!

• Only registered guests may have possession of the keys at any time.
• All guests are liable for any damage, including legal fees.

• No smoking of any kind is permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 fine
plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
• Smoking cigarettes is ONLY permitted outside, on the balcony, and butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.

• Candles must not be left to burn without visual control.


• Guests must treat my home with respect - use coasters on the furniture where they are provided and keep the place tidy. I do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around. Place all used dishes in the dishwasher.

• Towels are provided and are to be used only for their intended purposes; don’t wipe surfaces or anything else that may cause stains. Don’t wipe your makeup with towels; we’ve provided makeup pads for you.

• There are personal belongings in a small storage under the stairs that are locked. Please don’t try to open them; we have motion sensors installed inside.

• Ski Boots are to be left at the entrance. There is a heater for them next to the door. Ski and Snowboard need to be left on the balcony; there is storage for them.


• The Complex provides a shuttle to the Ski Gondola and Back for 2€ per person in one way. Must be reserved 1 day ahead.

You will have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction with guests

We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
The apartment is only for your use.

Other things to note

This is our own family holiday home and we are happy to offer it to you. We hope you will have great time here, but also that you will take care of it.
