1 Bathroom If you are looking for a peaceful place to have a perfect gate away, this is your place. This modern-designed 1-bedroom apartment with alpine interior design will bring you a warm feeling after a day in the mountains. The complex itself is situated in a beautiful mountain area at the foot of the Pirin mountain, in the southern part of Bansko resort, east of the ski slopes. Free Parking! A strong WiFi connection covers the entire property.
The apartment has a bright living room with a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function, flat TV, and cable. The kitchen is completely functional with a stove, a fridge, a hot water kettle, and a coffee machine plus all needed cutlery. The bed is located in the inner part of the apartment with a new mattress ideal size for two adults. Modern new bathroom decorated with a stylish urban feel.

Our condo is within easy walking distance of many hiking routes and landmarks:
Gondola lift - 1.5 km (0.93 miles)
Panoramic view of Bansko - 200 meters
Holy Trinity Church -1.9km (1.18miles)
Neofit Rilski House-Museum - 1.9km (1.18miles)
Ice skating ring - 1.3km (0.80miles)
Also, you can always take a taxi оr a shuttle (around 2-5euro). Many restaurants can deliver you a tasty breakfast in the morning or hot soup for lunch. The part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest.
In addition, many mineral water pools are found in the close village of Banya (9,2km/5.6 miles). Mineral water is known for its therapeutic qualities and it's a great way to relax after a long day of skiing/snowboarding.
This is a complex located at the highest point of the city. The neighborhood is built in the Swiss Alpine style. 15 min walk to the Ski lift. There is a lake nearby with a nice restaurant. The location offers many mountain routes for hiking or biking which start and end from the complex. Amazing atmosphere!

This is not a hotel. It is our home and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.

• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home.
• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; the maximum number of overnight guests is 6.
• Visitors must be cleared with me before inviting them over. Visitors to the guests should not
exceed 2
• Only registered guests may have possession of the keys at any time.
• All guests are liable for any damage including legal fees.
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.
• Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 fine
plus the cost of removing smoke from the unit.
• Smoking cigarettes is ONLY permitted outside, on the balcony and butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
• Candles must not be left to burn without visual control.
• Guests must treat my home with respect - use coasters on the furniture where they are provided and keep the place tidy. I do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around. Place all used dishes in the dishwasher.
• Please do not wash dishes by hand. Turn on the dishwasher before checking out. The dishwasher detergent is under the sink. Counters and cooktop must be wiped down after cooking and cleaned on checkout.
• Towels are provided and are to be used only for their intended purposes, don’t wipe surfaces or anything else that may cause stains. Don’t wipe your makeup with towels, we’ve provided makeup pads for you.
•Ski Boots are to be left at the entrance. Ski and Snowboard need to be left at the entrance.
• Don’t leave windows open while heaters are On, they have sensors and will stop heating.
• Temperature must not be set more than 25 C.
• Turn off the boiler and all heaters on check-out.
• The Complex provides a shuttle to the Ski Gondola and Back for 2€ per person in one way. Must be reserved 1 day ahead.
• Breakfast can be ordered and delivered if reserved for additional cost. You will find a Menu in the apartment.

We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
The apartment is only for your use.
