The complex itself is situated in a beautiful mountain area at the foot of the Pirin mountain, in the southern part of Bansko resort, east of the ski slopes. WiFi connection covers the entire property.
Enjoy this one-bedroom condo on the 5th floor. The building is located on the highest point of Bansko with a panoramic view of the city right out of the window, exactly at the border of Pirin National Park. Clearest air.

This is not a hotel. It is our home, and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.

• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.
• Free WiFi
• For your comfort during the stay, throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3 pm, and check-out at 11:00. Please make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon in communication.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
You are usually around the town for additional help but won`t be at the property at all if you don`t need us. The apartment is only for your use.
This is our own family holiday home and we are happy to offer it to you. We hope you will have a great time here, but also that you will take care of it.
