3 Bathrooms Enjoy our three-bedroom apartment in the beautiful central part of the city, right next to the festival scene in the heart of the city! Here you will feel the spirit of the old town just a step away from every local restaurant!
The apartment is located on the second floor with a private entrance without other people. There are steps that take you to three bedrooms and a large living room. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a private bathroom and toilet in each bedroom.
Central heating system, very warm place !
The living room is furnished with:

• access to the balcony;
• dining table with bench and chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with Gorenje !
• fridge, oven and stoves;

The apartment is located right in the city center, 15 minutes from the lift. During festivals, you can see the stage from the entrance, a quiet part of the city. 5 minutes away, there is a free tennis court. Opposite the entrance, there is a newly built children's playground. Supermarket and parking lot next to the entrance of the building.

This is not a hotel. It is our home, and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!

• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.
• Free WiFi
• For your comfort during the stay, throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3 pm, and check-out at 11:00. Please make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon in communication.
We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
