Newly renovated 2 Bedroom Penthouse in a complex located in the National Park Pirin, the highest point of the City. Amazing atmosphere, quiet, and beautiful surroundings. Perfect place to have a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The building is located near the forest of Pirin National Park. The apartment has an amazing view that you see the mountain. You can enjoy a memorable sunrise in the morning and have a warm movie night next to the fireplace.

The space

The apartment has a bright living room with a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function, a flat smart TV, and cable. The Kitchen is completely functional with a stove, a fridge, an oven, hot water kettle, coffee machine plus all needed cutlery. The 1 bedroom is located on the first part of the apartment with a new mattress ideal size for two adults. Modern new bathroom decorated with a stylish urban feel.
Second Bedroom is on the upper floor with a separate bathroom with bathtub.

Our penthouse is within easy walking distance of many hiking routes and landmarks:
Gondola lift - 1.5 km (0.93 miles)
Panoramic view of Bansko - 200 meters
Holy Trinity Church -1.9km (1.18miles)
Neofit Rilski House-Museum - 1.9km (1.18miles)
Ice skating ring - 1.3km (0.80miles)
Also, you can always take a taxi оr a shuttle (around 2-5euro). Many restaurants can deliver you a tasty breakfast in the morning or hot soup for lunch. The part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest.
In addition, many mineral water pools are found in the close village of Banya (9,2km/5.6 miles). Mineral water is known for its therapeutic qualities and it's a great way to relax after a long day of skiing/snowboarding.

The neighbourhood

Located at the very top of the City, surrender by mountains and lakes.
Many mountain roads start from there. With clear air and quiet neighbors, this is the perfect place to have a peaceful vacation.

House rules

To ensure your best experience as our guests. Please keep in mind the following rules. You have agreed with them as you booked our place!
This is not a hotel. It is our home and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!
• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home.
• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is 5.
• Only registered guests may have possession of the key at any time.
• All guests are liable for all damage including legal fees.
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.
• Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
• Smoking cigarettes is ONLY permitted outside, on the balcony if available and butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
• Candles must not be left to burn without visual control.
• Fireplaces burn only wood and must not be left without control
• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.
• Towels are provided to be used only for their intended purposes, don’t wipe surfaces or anything else that may cause stains. Don’t remove make-up with towels.
•Ski Boots should be left at the entrance. Ski and Snowboard need to be left on the balcony.
• Don’t leave windows open while heaters or AC are ON.
• Turn off the boiler and all heaters on check-out.

• For your comfort during the stay throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside on the street.
• Excessive use of towels or linens may result in an extra laundry fee. Extra linens are provided when the number of overnight guests exceeds two and on request.

We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
The apartment is only for your use.

This is a private home and as one it may have features that are inspired by the owner's taste. Take a look at all the photos and ask many questions as you need to get the best expression of the space. Please remember that you’re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site
