1 Bathroom Get the best from both of staying in a private holiday home at a closed complex with pool and spa facilities. You will have the comfort of a fully functioning home with a kitchen and living area zone still available to use the complex services.
Be one of the first guests of this newly renovated apartment at the Bojurland complex. Design to be comfortable and convenient for longer and shorter stays it has 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, a fully functioning kitchen, a dining area, and a living area where you can spend time all together. The rooms are bright and spacious with a relaxing view of the complex garden.
The place offers a ski wardrobe in every building that is self-serviced, parking, and ski shuttle services.
The apartment itself is based in complex Bojurland in Bansko. It is a perfect location for walking in the central part and enjoying Bansko downtown.

This is not a hotel. It is our home and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!
• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home.
• Only registered guests may have possession of the key card at any time.
• All guests are liable for all damage including legal fees.
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.
• Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
• Smoking cigarettes is ONLY permitted outside, {on the balcony if available} and butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
• Candles must not be left to burn without visual control.
• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.
• Towels are provided to be used only for their intended purposes, don’t wipe surfaces or anything else that may cause stains. Don’t remove make-up with towels.
•Ski Boots should be left at the entrance. Ski and Snowboard need to be left on the balcony, there is storage for them.
• Don’t leave windows open while heaters are On, they have sensors and will stop heating.
• Temperature must not be set to more than 25 C.
• Turn off the boiler and all heaters on check-out.

• Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans, or frying pans.
• Please remove all footwear at the door of the suite.
• For your comfort during the stay throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.

The cost of the apartment covers usage of the apartment itself with all of the appliances inside. All communal bills are included in.
