The building is located on the highest point of Bansko with a panoramic view of the city right out of the window, exactly at the border of Pirin National Park. Clearest air. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room area, bedroom, and bathroom with a bathtub. We designed this place with a cozy atmosphere so you can enjoy yourself at home.

The space

A modern 1-bedroom apartment with an amazing resort view. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it offers groups of up to 2 people the ideal holiday escape. The space offers a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a high-spec bathroom with a rain shower, a balcony to enjoy the morning sun, and a view of the Pirin mountain

The neighbourhood

The building is located at the very top of the city, surrounded by mountains. That part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest. Many hiking roads start from there. You can enjoy an amazing panoramic view right off your terrace. The clear air and quiet neighbors are making the apartment the perfect place to have a peaceful vacation.

To ensure your best experience as our guests. Please keep in mind the following rules. You have agreed with them as you booked our place!
This is not a hotel. It is our home, and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!

• NO PARTIES!

• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.

• Free WiFi

• For your comfort during the stay, throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3 pm, and check-out at 11:00. Please make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon in communication.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction with guests

We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
The apartment is only for your use.
