Located just minutes away from the ski lifts and surrounded by stunning views of the Pirin Mountains, our spacious 1 bedroom apartment is designed to cater to your every need. The open-plan living area is ideal for relaxation after a day on the slopes, complete with a comfortable lounge
The bedroom offer a restful haven with comfortable bedding and ample storage space for your belongings.
The complex is located just next to the Bansko Ski Lift.
The area is offering many restaurants, supermarkets and fun places to be.
To ensure your best experience as our guests. Please keep in mind the following rules. You have agreed with them as you booked our place!
This is not a hotel. It is our home and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!
• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home.
• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is 3.
• Only registered guests may have possession of the key card at any time.
• All guests are liable for all damage including legal fees.
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.
• Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind is not permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
• Smoking cigarettes is ONLY permitted outside, {on the balcony if available} and butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
• Candles must not be left to burn without visual control.
• Fireplaces burn only wood and
• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.
• Towels are provided to be used only for their intended purposes, don’t wipe surfaces or anything else which may cost stains. Don’t remove make up with towels.
•Ski Boots should be left at the entrance. Ski and Snowboard need to be left on the balcony, there is storage for them.
• Don’t leave windows open while heaters are On, they have sensors and will stop heating.
• Temperature must not be set to more than 25 C.
• Turn off the boiler and all heaters on check-out.

• Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans, or frying pans.
• Please remove all footwear at the door of the suite.
• For your comfort during the stay throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.
• Do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels – regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash or not. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt, or any other unsanitary messes. Please use a paper towel found in the kitchen instead.
• Excessive use of towels or linens may result in an extra laundry fee. Extra linens are provided when the number of overnight guests exceeds two and on request. 1 large towel and 1 small towel.

The guests have access to the whole apartment.
We are available in town most of the time but will not bother you during your stay. You can contact us if you need assistance
The cost of the apartment covers usage of the apartment itself with all of the appliances inside. All communal bills are included in.
