The complex itself is situated in a beautiful mountain area at the foot of the Pirin mountain, in the southern part of Bansko resort, east of the ski slopes. Free Parking! A modern 1-bedroom apartment with an amazing view of the city. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it offers groups of up to 3 people the ideal winter and summer holiday escape. There is 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge, a high spec bathroom with a rain shower, a balcony to enjoy the morning sun, and a view of the Pirin mountain.
The building is located at the very top of the city, surrounded by mountains. That part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest. Many hiking roads start from there. You can enjoy an amazing panoramic view right off your terrace. The clear air and quiet neighbors are making the apartment the perfect place to have a peaceful vacation.

This is not a hotel. It is our home and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!
• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home.
• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is 3.
• Only registered guests may have possession of the key card at any time.
• All guests are liable for all damage including legal fees.
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.
• Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind is not permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
• Smoking cigarettes is ONLY permitted outside, {on the balcony if available} and butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
• Candles must not be left to burn without visual control.
• Fireplaces burn only wood and
• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.
• Towels are provided to be used only for their intended purposes, don’t wipe surfaces or anything else which may cost stains. Don’t remove make up with towels.
•Ski Boots should be left at the entrance. Ski and Snowboard need to be left on the balcony, there is storage for them.
• Don’t leave windows open while heaters are On, they have sensors and will stop heating.
• Temperature must not be set to more than 25 C.
• Turn off the boiler and all heaters on check-out.

• Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans, or frying pans.
• Please remove all footwear at the door of the suite.
• For your comfort during the stay throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.
• Do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels – regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash or not. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt, or any other unsanitary messes. Please use a paper towel found in the kitchen instead.
• Excessive use of towels or linens may result in an extra laundry fee. Extra linens are provided when the number of overnight guests exceeds two and on request. 1 large towel and 1 small towel.
To ensure you have unproblematic please use all utilities according to their commonly accepted purpose.
Insert the card in the socket to turn on the electricity. When you leave remove the card. The heating will stay on to ensure a normal temperature when you get back.
The water heater should be in the middle position (around 60°C) If you turn it over middle it will overheat and turn off automatically.
Don't leave iron, hair straighteners, or any other heating sources unattended.
We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
The apartment is only for your use.
The cost of the apartment covers usage of the apartment itself with all of the appliances inside. All communal bills are included in.
