A modern 1-bedroom apartment with an amazing view of the city. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it offers groups of up to 3 people the ideal winter and summer holiday escape. There is 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable double sofa-bed in the lounge, a high spec bathroom with a rain shower, a balcony to enjoy the morning sun, and a view of the Pirin mountain..
The building is located at the very top of the city, surrounded by mountains. That part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest. Many hiking roads start from there. You can enjoy an amazing panoramic view right off your terrace. The clear air and quiet neighbors are making the apartment the perfect place to have a peaceful vacation..

This is not a hotel. It is our home, and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.

• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.
• Free WiFi
• For your comfort during the stay, throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3 pm, and check-out at 11:00. Please make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon in communication.
To ensure you have unproblematic please use all utilities according to their commonly accepted purpose.
Insert the card in the socket to turn on the electricity. When you leave remove the card. The heating will stay on to ensure a normal temperature when you get back.
The water heater should be in the middle position (around 60°C) If you turn it over middle it will overheat and turn off automatically.
Don't leave iron, hair straighteners, or any other heating sources unattended.
We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
The apartment is only for your use.
The cost of the apartment covers usage of the apartment itself with all of the appliances inside. All communal bills are included in.
