This 1-bedroom apartment in Bansko is a cozy, compact living space designed for individuals or couples looking to experience mountain life. It features a double bedroom, a functional kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom. The apartment is located near scenic mountain views and close to outdoor recreation opportunities.

The space

The space has two living spaces:
Private bedroom with double queen bed and terrace with garden view and bathroom,
Living area space with kitchen corner with the following amenities:
• fridge, stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster;
• various kitchen utensils;

The neighbourhood

The apartment is located at an easy-to-get part of the town at the complex Snow legend. Bansko is a very walkable town, and it's easy to get everywhere on foot.
Also, there is a good taxi service (2-5 euros one-way trip)

House rules

To ensure your best experience as our guests. Please keep in mind the following rules. You have agreed with them as you booked our place!
This is not a hotel. It is our home, and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!

• NO PARTIES!

• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.

• Free WiFi

• For your comfort during the stay, throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3 pm, and check-out at 11:00. Please make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon in communication.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction with guests

The apartment is only for your use.
We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.

Other things to note

This is a private home and as one it may have features that are inspired by the owner's taste. Take a look at all photos and ask many questions as you need to get the best expression of the space.
