1 Bathroom Convenient apartment with everything you will need for your vacation. This 1-bedroom apartment in Bansko is a cozy, compact living space designed for individuals or couples looking to experience mountain life. It features a double bedroom, a functional kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom. The apartment is located near scenic mountain views and close to outdoor recreation opportunities.
The space has two living spaces:
Private bedroom with double queen bed and terrace with garden view and bathroom,
Living area space with kitchen corner with the following amenities:
• fridge, stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster;
• various kitchen utensils;
The apartment is located at an easy to get part of the town at complex Snow legend. Bansko is a very walkable town and it's easy to get everywhere on foot.
Also, there is a good taxi service (2-5 euros one-way trip)
To ensure your best experience as our guests. Please keep in mind the following rules. You have agreed with them as you booked our place!
This is not a hotel. It is our home and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!
• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home.
• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is 3.
• Only registered guests may have possession of the key card at any time.
• All guests are liable for all damage including legal fees.
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.
• Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind is not permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit.
• Smoking cigarettes is ONLY permitted outside, {on the balcony if available} and butts must be disposed of in an ashtray.
• Candles must not be left to burn without visual control.
• Fireplaces burn only wood and
• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.
• Towels are provided to be used only for their intended purposes, don’t wipe surfaces or anything else which may cost stains. Don’t remove make-up with towels.
•Ski Boots should be left at the entrance. Ski and Snowboard need to be left at the entrance area.
• Don’t leave windows open while heaters are ON.
• Temperature must not be set to more than 25 C.
• Turn off the boiler and all heaters on check-out.

• Free WiFi
• Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans, or frying pans.
• Please remove all footwear at the door of the suite.
• For your comfort during the stay throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside on the street.
• Do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels – regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash or not. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt, or any other unsanitary messes. Please use a paper towel found in the kitchen instead.
• Excessive use of towels or linens may result in an extra laundry fee. Extra linens are provided when the number of overnight guests exceeds two and on request.
Those rules are based on previous experiences. Please be understanding.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is only for your use.
We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
This is a private home and as one it may have features that are inspired by the owner's taste. Take a look at all photos and ask many questions as you need to get the best expression of the space.
