The space

The studio is located in a complex in the mountains. Free parking space is available in front of the building.
The studio's layout consists of a living room area and kitchen area, bedroom area, and full bathroom.

In the living room area you will find:
• extendable sofa bed, that can sleep 2;
• TV with cable channels;
• access to balcony;
• fireplace;

The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster;
• various kitchen utensils;

The bedroom area has a:
• comfortable queen-sized bed;
• bed can be opened at offers plenty of extra space for luggage

The neighbourhood

Located at the very top of the City, surrender by mountains and lakes.
Many mountain roads start from there. With clear air and quiet neighbours, this is the perfect place to have a peaceful vacation.

To ensure your best experience as our guests. Please keep in mind the following rules. You have agreed with them as you booked our place!
This is not a hotel. It is our home, and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!

• NO PARTIES!

• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.

• Free WiFi

• For your comfort during the stay, throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3 pm, and check-out at 11:00. Please make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon in communication.

You will have access to the entire studio

Interaction with guests

We are usually around the town for additional help but won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
The apartment is only for your use.
