This charming one-bedroom condo is on the ground floor with spacious private terrace. The building itself is located on the highest point of Bansko with panoramic view few steps away, right at the border of Pirin National park and is start point of many hiking routes. This part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest.

The space

The apartment has a bright living room with huge foldable door windows for easy access to the terrace. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function, flat smart TV, and cable. The kitchen is completely functional with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a hot water kettle, and a coffee machine plus all needed cutlery. The bed is located in the inner part of the apartment with a new mattress ideal size for two adults. Modern new bathroom decorated with a stylish urban feel and floor heating.

The condo is within easy walking distance of many hiking routes and landmarks:
Gondola lift - 1.5 km (0.93 miles)
Panoramic view of Bansko - 200 metres
Holy Trinity Church -1.9km (1.18miles)
Neofit Rilski House-Museum - 1.9km (1.18miles)
Ice skating ring - 1.3km (0.80miles)
If those distances feel like a lot, you can always take a taxi оr a shuttle (around 2-5euro). Also, we are working with a few restaurants that can deliver you a tasty breakfast in the morning or hot soup for lunch. You will find menus in the apartment or you can contact me (Food is not included in the price) The part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest.
In addition, at the close village Banya (9,2km/5.6miles) are found many mineral water pools. Mineral water is known for therapeutic qualities and it's great way to relax after a long day of skiing/snowboarding.

The neighbourhood

Building is located at the very top of the city, surrender by mountains and lakes. That part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest. Many hiking roads start from there. You can enjoy an amazing panoramic view that is only few steps away. The clear air and quiet neighbours are making the apartment the perfect place to have a peaceful vacation.

To ensure your best experience as our guests. Please keep in mind the following rules. You have agreed with them as you booked our place!
This is not a hotel. It is our home, and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.
Please enjoy it and don’t destroy it!

• NO PARTIES!

• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.

• Free WiFi

• For your comfort during the stay, throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3 pm, and check-out at 11:00. Please make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon in communication.

You will have access to the entire studio. It's all yours:)
