1 Bathroom Enjoy a cozy 1-bedroom condo on the 3rd floor, set at one of the highest points in Bansko with stunning panoramic views of the city and direct proximity to Pirin National Park—where the air is crystal clear. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. Designed with warmth and comfort in mind, it’s the perfect place to feel at home and unwind.
The apartment has a bright living room with a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function, a flat smart TV, and cable. The kitchen is completely functional with a stove, a fridge, a hot water kettle, and a coffee machine, plus all the needed cutlery. The bed is located in the inner part of the apartment with a new mattress, ideal size for two adults. Modern new bathroom decorated with a stylish feel.

Also, you can always take a taxi оr a shuttle (around 5-10 euros). Many restaurants can deliver you a tasty breakfast in the morning or a hot soup for lunch. The part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest.
In addition, many mineral water pools are found in the nearby village of Banya (9,2km/5.6 miles). Mineral water is known for its therapeutic qualities, and it's a great way to relax after a long day of skiing/snowboarding.
Located at one of the highest points of Bansko, the building is surrounded by mountains and offers peaceful, uncrowded surroundings—ideal for a truly relaxing stay. Several hiking trails begin right nearby, and you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view directly from your terrace. With crystal-clear mountain air, quiet neighbors, and a calm atmosphere, this area is perfect for a restful getaway. The complex also provides free guarded parking.

This is not a hotel. It is our home, and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.

• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.

• For your comfort during the stay, throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3 pm, and check-out at 11:00. Please make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon in communication.
You will have full access to the entire apartment throughout your stay, and you won’t be disturbed. The space is private, quiet, and reserved entirely for your use.
We are usually around the town for additional help, but we won't be at the property at all if you don't need us.
The apartment is only for your use.

As locals, we can assist with airport transportation, ski and snowboard rental recommendations, restaurant tips, and anything else you may need during your visit.
