1 Bathroom Beautiful apartment located right in the Center of the city, on an iconic street "Trapezitsa 4" Architectural building. Perfect for walks, sightseeing and work trips. The apartment is equipped with all you may need for short and long term stays. We've tried to make it as cozy and functional for most preferrers. Amazing view, a quiet place, yet as you step out of the building and the city atmosphere takes you. We offer two apartment next to each other for group trips Jewels in our collection!

This special place is in the historic centre of Sofia, making it amazing for anyone who wish to fill the atmosphere of our amazing city.
Just by opening the window you can see and fill the surroundings. Everything is close by walk and the Metro station and public transport are right down the block.
Royal Palace, Presidency, Vitosha Street ... on a minutes walk.
Many Restaurants, shops & cafes in the area.

This is not a hotel. It is our home and everything here is made to be comfortable and practical.

• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home.
• ALL OVERNIGHT GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED within the reservation request; max number of overnight guests is 4.
• All guests are liable for all damage including legal fees.
• Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.
• Smoking cannabis is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind is not permitted in my home.
• Candles must not be left to burn without visual control.
• Guests must treat our home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
• Please don’t leave food and beverages after you.
• Please clean all used dishes daily.
• Towels are provided to be used only for their intended purposes, don’t wipe surfaces or anything else which may cost stains. Don’t remove makeup with towels.
• Free Coffee Capsules
• Free Shampoo and Shower gel
• Free WiFi
• Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans, or frying pans.
• Please remove all footwear at the door of the suite.
• For your comfort during the stay throw out the garbage daily - the garbage cans are right outside the street.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3 pm, and check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon in communication.
• Quiet hours between 2 pm - 4 pm and 10 pm - 8 am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise.
Hall area of the apartment is at your disposal. Please enjoy!
You will be staying in a residential building, and we kindly ask you to avoid disturbing our neighbors with loud noises.
Parking on the streets in the area is paid (blue zone). There are several paid parking lots near by the apartment.
The elevator is vintage style and it can lift up to 2 persons or 1 with heavy luggage. Although it is fully working and even plays classical music during your lift, enjoy!
The flat is on the third floor and you can also use the stairs.
Be advised: Check-in is no earlier than 14h, while check-out is by 11h at the latest.
In light of the Covid19 pandemic, we have implemented upgraded cleaning and disinfection procedures following every check-out, while all linen and towels are professionally laundered with an approved laundry disinfectant at high temperatures. Your well-being and health remain our highest priority.
